We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we map present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.
Discipleship training in coordination with the local church pastors and leaders grounds men in their faith within a strong small group format and builds relationships with other brothers in Christ.
To challenge and exhort men to diligently pursue our call to be strong men of faith and character and disciplers of other men. By focusing on men’s issues, we draw special attention to our role as servant leaders in our homes and churches.
To be a resource for personal discipleship and leadership training, assisting churches and pastors in producing and reproducing leaders in their local churches.
To regularly call these men together (who make up the church of Western New York) in various formats in order to intentionally, continuously and purposefully build mature, long- lasting, prayer-based and accountable relationships which cross over all racial, cultural and denominational barriers. These relationships, empowered by the Holy Spirit, will reflect the oneness described in Christ’s intercessory pray- er to the Father (John 17:20-23). (Philippians 1:27, 2:1-4, Ephesians 4:12-16; 1 Corinthians 1:10- 13, 12:25; Colossians 3:11-17, Galatians 3:26-28)

Leadership Development Teams
Sundoulos desires to follow the New Testament model for church growth.
The Pauline method outlined first in Acts 13:1-14:28 clearly depicts the need for establishing believers in our local churches. In response to this truth and present day reality, we, as a para-church ministry, have implemented small group discipleship training - Leadership Development Teams. Using excellent biblical material from BILD International (Antioch School), we come alongside interested pastors and churches to work with selected men and women in a series of 7-week studies, all within the framework of small group discussion, prayer and one-anothering. These groups incorporate a couple of trained individuals from our Sundoulos Core Group teamed up with 5-6 men/women from a partner church. The results have been the further grounding in essential core doctrine, encouragement, accountability in the biblical disciplines and strong fellowship around our common faith in Jesus Christ.
Church men's leaders and parachurch ministry leaders come together periodically during the year to engage in a spirited conversation and specific prayer. These men are serious about tackling the common challenges we all face in ministering to men... seeking the Lord's wisdom and discernment in the pursuit of our calling.
Church Men's Ministry United
Unified Men's Conference
Men from a variety of diverse evangelical churches cross racial, cultural, denominational and generational lines to be together in worship, prayer, testimonies, the Word, and fellowship.
Biblical presentations on serious subjects are followed up by small group discussions around the table. New relationships are formed as we engage one another in lively discussion on the challenges we face as men who desire to be strong and courageous.
